We want you to be happy with your purchase. If a product isn't right for you, we offer refunds under the terms below.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. No detailed reason is required.
Email hello@owlchap.com with your order reference (found in your purchase confirmation email) and we will process your refund within a few business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via our payment processor, Polar.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of suspected abuse (e.g. repeated purchase-and-refund of the same title).
