These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Owlchap ("we", "us", "our") and any digital products purchased through owlchap.com. By purchasing or downloading a product from us, you agree to these Terms.
Owlchap sells digital ebooks delivered electronically (PDF format). All products are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated. No physical goods are shipped.
All purchases are processed by our payment provider, Polar Software Inc. ("Polar"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. Polar handles payment processing, applicable sales tax/VAT, and invoicing. Your order and any billing questions may be handled by Polar as the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the product for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the file.
